1. Return and Replacement Eligibility
We accept return or replacement requests only when:

- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- An incorrect product was sent
- A return request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging, tags, and proof of purchase
We reserve the right to inspect and validate claims before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@blufury.com. Kindly provide:

- Order number
- Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on stock availability and the situation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

- Customized or specially made covers
- Items returned without original packaging and tags
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or physically damaged due to misuse
- Items damaged due to improper installation or handling by the customer
Decisions regarding the eligibility of a return remain at our sole discretion.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Await our approval and shipping instructions
- The product must be packed securely to avoid transit damage
Upon receipt, the item will undergo quality inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.
5. Refund Process
After successful inspection:

- Processing time: 7–14 business days
- Delivery and payment gateway charges are generally non-refundable, unless the error was ours
Refund claims may be denied if return conditions are not met.

- If the shipment is already dispatched or in transit, cancellation cannot be processed
