1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blufury.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Processing your payment will be credited with in 5 to 7 Business days and it will be reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@blufury.com or call us at +91 88495 11299. Kindly provide:
- A brief description of the issue
- Order number
- Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on the situation.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or special-made covers
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products used or damaged due to misuse
