At BLUFURY, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your items.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing time may vary during promotional events, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified if there is any significant delay in dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery timeline: 3–10 business days, depending on location
- Remote or difficult service areas may require additional transit days
Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed, as they depend on independent courier operations.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment
- Any additional fees due to location-based surcharges will be informed in advance
Free shipping may be offered as part of promotional campaigns, subject to terms.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive:
- A shipment confirmation email or message
- Courier tracking number or link
Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)
If the courier is unable to deliver due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable contact number
- Customer not available during delivery attempts
- Package refused without valid reason
The shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
In such cases, re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.
7. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect packaging upon delivery.
If the package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened:
- Kindly refuse delivery and inform us immediately
- Once accepted, claims for physical damage may not be fully supported without evidence
8. Delays in Delivery
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Natural calamities, strikes, operational disruptions
- Incorrect address details
- Unforeseen courier delays
BLUFURY will not be liable for delays caused by external logistics factors beyond our control.
9. Lost or Misdelivered Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier:
- We will initiate a replacement or refund as per customer preference
