These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between BLUEFURY (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the user (“you”, “your”, “Customer”). Use of the Website and purchase of products implies full acceptance of these Terms
1. Company Details
BLUEFURY is a registered product brand engaged in the sale and distribution of dust covers and protective accessories for electronic devices, operating from Gujarat, India.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or using the Website under supervision.
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- All data submitted during purchase is valid and accurate.
3. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, logos, branding elements, website content, and digital assets are the exclusive intellectual property of BLUEFURY. Any unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Product Information
We strive to ensure accuracy. However:
- Colors may slightly vary due to digital display differences.
- Minor dimensional tolerances may occur in production.
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Ordering, Payment & COD Policy
Orders are processed following payment authorization.
- We accept:
- Online Digital Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD Only in eligible serviceable locations.
- COD charges may apply
- Customer must provide valid address and active contact number
- Order cannot be opened before completing payment
- We reserve the right to cancel or decline COD orders in case of:
- High-risk or fraudulent signals
- Repeated refusals by Customer
- Unserviceable postal locations

6. Shipping, Packaging & Delivery Conditions
- Shipments are processed within specified timelines
- Courier partners may vary depending on region
- Tracking details will be provided where applicable
- Products are securely packaged before dispatch
- Customers must record video while unboxing for any return/replacement claim
- Tampered packaging must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Risk of damage or loss transfers to Customer once dispatched to courier.
7. Replacement, Return & Refund Policy
Returns or replacements are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy.
Approval depends on:
- Unboxing video availability
- Product condition upon return
- Valid reason aligned with policy terms
No returns accepted for used, damaged, or custom-made products.
8. Warranty
Warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.
⏱ Warranty Period: 6 Months
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, burns, cuts, or liquids
- Incorrect size ordered by the Customer
9. Use of Third-Party Services

We do not control and are not liable for:
